I want to introduce myself and tell you how this training came into existence — the heart of this experience.

I am proud to say that I have created a thriving coaching business from the ground up. My path started out with me bootstrapping my way through, to now traveling the world, setting my own schedule, and living in my dream home. I’ve cracked the code and done this now with TWO businesses. But I’m not the type of coach who likes to just rest on her laurels. I’m STILL actively adding to my own education in entrepreneurship, and I make it a point to stay up to date with all things business-building and health and nutrition coaching.  

Nowadays, I am a globally recognized industry leader in weight loss, a highly sought-after speaker, a Registered Dietitian, and the #1 international best-selling author of Why Am I Still Fat?: The Hidden Keys to Unlocking That Stubborn Weight Loss. I created the Rule Breakers Weight Loss Coaching Program my proprietary methodology that has helped thousands of women lose weight and keep it off — FOR GOOD. I successfully grew a one-on-one private practice to a group coaching program with a team of dietitians working for me and leading our clients.

I’m in high demand to speak at corporate events, women’s conferences, and groups of all sizes.
