Weekly coaching calls provided education and timely support, the modules were great to do at my own time and pace, and my 1-on-1 coaching AND bi-weekly accountability calls with a partner provided the individualized support needed to learn a new way to live!

The consistency with the weekly calls are critical in this process, and I really loved the intimacy of this group. While we got to ask our own question(s), we still learned from each other’s challenges.
